3A manufacture the standard filter cages and bags.
We have long experience in manufacturing top-quality bag cages for the pollution control industry. Bag cages / filter cages are produced to the customer´s own specifications. Different make of wire and design of rings and end fittings are offered.
We have the capacity to make the cages in Mild Steel, Stainless Steel etc with different type of coating like Epoxy Polyester, Galvanized etc. We arrange the filter cages to be delivered with suitable surface treatment to enable the bestrust protection on the filter cages. Standard cage diameter can be offered up to 200mm, with the additional possibility of a customer specific width, allowing you to select the best solutions to meet your needs of filter cages.
Filter bags & filter cages are used in coal fired power stations, Steel Power stations, Cement industry, Aluminium industry, Paper industry & other Industrial segments. We fabricate
· carbon steel,
· stainless steel filter cages and
· Pre Galvanized etc.
We can give you the cages with different type of coatings such as
· Epoxy Polyester and
· PVC vinyl coating.
Now it is also possible for our customers to use our bag cage/filter cage configuration on solid components. This configuration gives youthe opportunity to construct your filter cages into different CAD programs.
STAR PLEAT BAG & CAGE
STAR PLEAT BAG can double the available fabric filtering area in the same space as traditional cylindrical and oval filter bags. The pleats are gathered at the top snap band so the StarBag can fit in the same cell plate hole as a standard bag of the same diameter. Horizontal bands sewn to the fabric ensure the Bag retains the pleats for its entire service life.
